Frequently Asked Questions

-All purchases will ship within 7-10 business days.

-Returns/Exchange are not accepted as all items are handmade and therefore are final sale.

-You have 24 hours to cancel order and request a full refund. Your cancellation will be denied after 24 hours.

-If there is an issue with your order please email info@abmcreationsco.com upon arrival so that we can satisfy any concerns. (Please be sure to include your order number). I will always do my best to fix the issue. Allow 24 hours for a response.

-Packages are shipped via USPS. We will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced packages if the tracking information is marked as delivered please reach out to the shipping carrier. 

-It is the buyer's responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address. Once we ship your order out and we provide a tracking number, we can no longer modify the address or intercept the package.

-Crewneck & T-Shirts Care: To ensure Longevity wash and dry inside out, or hang dry.

- Glass Cans & Glass Mugs Care: Please hand wash only. Do not Soak.  Not microwave safe. Not dishwasher safe. Avoid extreme heat. Bamboo Lids please Dry immediately.

- Stainless Steel Tumblers: Hand wash only. Not microwave safe. 

- Ceramic Mugs Care: Dishwasher & microwave safe. Clean in dishwasher or hand wash.
